Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times Because our products are sourced from trusted suppliers, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping: 7–20 business days
• Delivery times vary by product and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly shown.

Tracking your order Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
