Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us at info@gracehome.net.in within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind? If you'd like to return an item for another reason, contact us within 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, return shipping is arranged case-by-case — please email us first and we'll guide you through the options.
Non-returnable items We can't accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, or personal-care items.
EU customers — 14-day cooling-off period If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition. Contact us to start the process.
Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@gracehome.net.in.
